FUSION FIGHT CO. provides an overall training program that focuses on fitness and strength as well as combative techniques. MMA Training, or Mixed Martial Arts Training, is constantly evolving as coaches and athletes find better and more efficient ways to train. FUSION FIGHT CO. has qualified instructors that have studied for years in various styles of Martial Arts and stay up-to-date with the latest training information. Our instructors experience ranges from Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai to various combative arts.

The Progressive System
FUSION FIGHT CO. incorporates several elements into it's MMA program including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Master Sylvio Behring and his Progressive System of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. One of his more notable students includes UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva.
The Behring USA curriculum consists of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, Muay Thai and Self Defense. All elements contribute to Sylvio Behring's Progressive System. Through rising popularity and proven effectiveness, the Progressive System has been sought after by notable fighters Anderson Silva, Fabricio Werdum, Ronaldo Souza, Antônio “Minotauro” Nogueira as well as other Black House MMA and XGym team members and other professional athletes worldwide.

Competitive Striking and Strategy
Competitive Striking and Strategy is a mixture of cardiovascular workouts, strength training, endurance training and the development of fighting techniques and strategy. FUSION FIGHT CO. trainers incorporate different fighting disciplines and training methods that include:
Stand-up: Various forms of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Filipino Martial Arts are trained to improve footwork, elbowing, kicking, kneeing and punching.
Clinch: Wrestling and Judo to improve clinching, takedowns and throws.
Ground: Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo to improve ground control and position, as well as to achieve submission holds and defend against them.

This program will also include speed drills, strength and flexibility training as they are also important aspects of a fighter’s training.
While mixed martial arts was initially practiced almost exclusively by competitive fighters, this is no longer the case. This course is exclusive for members as young a 15 years of age and suitable for both Men and Women looking for the competitive edge!
